Will power isn't always easy to apply. It's more complicated than just trying your best. The power to have will power comes from your drive and determination. It's one thing to want something and to try our best to succeed. But, it's another to have the drive to keep it going.

Your drive will keep you moving forward. There's a determination to be the best you know how. However, our drive can sometimes be brought down by negative thoughts and energy. This is why, from the beginning, you've been focusing on how to quiet the negative nuisances that creep into your daily life.

Your drive is what keeps you focused on your goal. They sometimes say that your dive is what overcomes failure. If you're tired of starting over, then stop quitting.

But, how do you find your drive? How do you find your force to be determined to succeed?

Start with a plan. Make a list. Know your end goal. Be realistic with your expectations to get there. Understand the consequences of starting over. Ask yourself, how many times to I want to start over? or, do you want to reach your goal the first time? Understand the feeling of failure. Know that if you fail, you CAN start over again.

Your drive will come from the feelings of how bad you want it. Most importantly, know that your drive will be driven by hard work. You can't have drive and determination unless you put in the time and energy. If you don't do any of the work, it's not your destiny or your determination.

Put in the work to be the best you, you know how.
