YYC Xpress Yourself The Power of Validation

The power of validation allows us to accept our feelings, thoughts and experiences. It's also so very powerful for others to be validated. Sometimes that validation comes through others expressing their experiences which then navigates us to a place of acknowledgment for our own emotional journey.

Helping to move people forward, YYC Xpress Yourself is a new event in Calgary. It's a platform that gives people an opportunity to express themselves without judgement. Focusing on mental, spiritual, physical, financial and emotional health - this an event that invites speakers that have the tools to help others to have a happier life.

People want to feel human, accepted and loved. The events is also about giving people the support they need to grow and become who they were meant to be.

Here's the conversation I had with the founding members of YYC Xpress Yourself Uriel Light and Ella Clarens.

At YYC Xpress Yourself you can tell your story, do poetry, music, dance, comedy and more.

At this event, the headliner is a Hay House Speaker. The next event in Calgary is Monday August 22, 2017 at the Triwood Community Association. For information click HERE.

There will also be a panel of 6 individuals who will share their success stories.
