Brighter Business Empower
Sir Richard Branson is a man who started small, and worked his way up. He dropped out of school and started a small record shop Virgin Records in 1970. His only other business venture was running his own magazine!
Well, we don't have a record store, but we do have a magazine AND a radio show. A magazine the empowers individuals to succeed in business. This is the place that business owners are coming to, to learn BIG ideas.
And in this Issue of the Brighter Business Empower Magazine we meet a man who has introduced us to Sir Richard Branson. Peter Clarke and Renuka Mohan take us on their journey to turn their passion into a business. There's a new network coming to a television set near you. Imagine using television as a force for good. Peter Clarke, the President of The Philanthropy Channel has been working on setting up this new channel that will "provide viewers with the highest quality nonfiction content that not only entertains and engages, but also educates and inspires positive action."
Peter shared with us his invitation to Necker Island, where he and his wife Renuka had the opportunity to be a part of the leadership gathering called "Inspiring Stories. Inspiring Change". A trip that brought together people from the worlds of art, music, media production, business and philanthropy.
Thank you Peter for allowing us to share your journey. Read Peter's Story HERE. And listen to my interview with Peter on Blog TalkRadio as well.
