AED Solutions Be Rescue Ready

by Christina Rowsell
The Brighter Side

When it comes to sharing GREAT ideas, this one is a brilliant idea!  I recently met the people from AEDSolutions.ca.  They are a group of AED specialists, Paramedics and support staff who want to promote and support the public use of AED’s (Automated External Defibrillators).

It doesn’t matter whether its for a public venue, corporate setting, sporting event or private gathering their belief is that

an AED should be as readily available as a fire extinguisher.

An AED is a sophisticated, reliable, safe computerized device that delivers electric shocks to a casualty in cardiac arrest then the ECG (electrocardiogram) rhythm is on that is likely to respond to a shock.

It gives YOU the opportunity to be “rescue ready”!

The closer an AED is to a victim
the greater the chance of survival!

Mere seconds can mean the difference between life and death.

The Lifeline AED was created to be eye-catching so that it can be located instantly. One that can be carried to the patient quickly without fumbling. One that can be used with minimal steps to analyze and treat the patient's condition.

For more information how you and your office can have a Deifbtech Lifeline AED visit www.AEDsolutions.ca today!

Turning A Vision into Reality The Philanthropy Channel

by Christina Rowsell
Brighter Business Empower

Sir Richard Branson is a man who started small, and worked his way up.  He dropped out of school and started a small record shop Virgin Records in 1970.  His only other business venture was running his own magazine!

Well, we don't have a record store, but we do have a magazine AND a radio show.  A magazine the empowers individuals to succeed in business.  This is the place that business owners are coming to, to learn BIG ideas.

And in this Issue of the Brighter Business Empower Magazine we meet a man who has introduced us to Sir Richard Branson.  Peter Clarke and Renuka Mohan take us on their journey to turn their passion into a business.  There's a new network coming to a television set near you.  Imagine using television as a force for good.  Peter Clarke, the President of The Philanthropy Channel has been working on setting up this new channel that will "provide viewers with the highest quality nonfiction content that not only entertains and engages, but also educates and inspires positive action."

Peter shared with us his invitation to Necker Island, where he and his wife Renuka had the opportunity to be a part of the leadership gathering called "Inspiring Stories.  Inspiring Change".  A trip that brought together people from the worlds of art, music, media production, business and philanthropy.

Thank you Peter for allowing us to share your journey.  Read Peter's Story HERE. And listen to my interview with Peter on Blog TalkRadio as well.
