Be Kind To Yourself!If you don’t look after YOU, no one will. You are in charge of how you feel at the beginning of the day and if your day starts with negative thoughts, the rest of your day will snowball. Once you grasp on taking care of yourself and reminding yourself that you are worth kind words and loving thoughts, you can then spread the love! If you start your day on a positive note, chances are that the rest of your day will be filled with great intentions.

I’ve been a radio announcer for 22 years now, and people are always asking me how I always sound so happy? The secret is, I HAVE to be happy. No one wants to hear a grumpy announcer. And through the tough days, (yes I have tough days) I’m forced to put on a smile. But along the way I always seem to cheer myself up, while cheering everyone else up. I make a joke that it’s my job to “poop rainbows”. But in actual fact, it’s true. I’m here to put a smile on your face. I’m there to make you laugh, and smile and forget about your problems. And I always catch myself smiling and laughing too. Even on those days that are weighing heavy on me. It works! Make someone else laugh, and you’ll instantly find your own spirits lifted!
